Each bodywork session is unique and may include a combination of myofascial release, deep tissue, Swedish massage, craniosacral therapy, gua sha, and cupping–depending on your specific needs.

These facial massage sessions involve massaging the muscles inside the mouth (with gloves), the external areas of the face, as well as the head and neck. Targets deep facial tension, improves circulation, stimulates lymphatic drainage, and can increase range of motion in the jaw and neck. It’s especially beneficial for those experiencing TMJ tension, tinnitus, headaches, pain in the neck and shoulders, and facial stress.
