One-on-one sessions are offered both in-person and virtually, beginning with a thorough intake and conversation to understand what you'd like to focus on. Together, we’ll create a customized plan that aligns with your goals, lifestyle, and current needs. After this initial consultation, we’ll schedule your sessions based on what best supports your path forward.
